Meet the Artist

 Cristina's artistic journey began in childhood, when she immersed herself in various styles of visual and performing arts. After studying at the Fashion Institute in Los Angeles, Cristina expanded her creative pursuits by venturing into writing music for TV and film. Over time, her passion shifted to abstract painting and mixed media, where she became self-taught in sculpting, 3D art, and other mixed media techniques. 

 In 2021, Cristina founded a non-profit initiative providing underserved youth with access to the arts. Her recent "Butterfly Series" reflects a personal and professional transition, symbolizing transformation and growth. Each butterfly in her work carries a unique meaning, allowing for varied interpretations based on the viewer's life experiences. 

Cristina’s art explores the balance of light and dark, the beauty of asymmetry, and the value of imperfection. Her goal is to create impactful art globally while expanding arts access for others. She currently resides in California.
