3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment details.
3.3 Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We ship to addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is correct. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

5. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

5.1 All sales are final. Due to the unique and handmade nature of artworks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.
5.2 We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse, sizing misjudgments, or color perception differences from monitor displays.
5.3 In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or repair at our sole discretion.
