Thank you for your business!  By submitting payment, you are agreeing to our no refunds or returns policy. All commissions require a 50% deposit of total estimate before work can start. The remaining 50% plus shipping is due before item is shipped. There are no refunds on projects cancelled after the first (50%) deposit is paid, and 50% remainder will be void. If there are any requests made during the process that will change estimates, those amounts will be relayed to you for your authorization. All shipments will require signature and proof of delivery. For non-commission pieces, full amount is due before item is shipped.  Since each artwork is one-of-a-kind, shipping is calculated individually based on size, destination, carrier rates and insurance. After purchase, you’ll receive a separate invoice for shipping before your artwork ships. If you do not agree with the shipping costs, or shipping costs are not paid within 5 business days, your artwork purchase will be canceled and refunded. Once shipping costs are received, the purchase is non-refundable. Most shipments are through UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL. If you prefer your item delivered sooner, please let us know.
